Mentor a founder who doesn't know yet what they're capable of.
500+ mentors. 160+ countries. Programs running year-round. One application.
"When I was asked if I'd like to participate as a mentor, it was an instant yes. And it has been proven on all levels. As a mentor, I've learned as much from the mentees as vice versa."
Who we're looking for.
Founders, operators, scientists, engineers, designers, communicators - anyone who has built something, shipped something, or solved something real. You don't need to be famous or have an exit. You need to have a perspective worth passing on and the patience to pass it on to someone 19 years old.
We work with young people aged 15–24, across every timezone. Our mentors show up in structured sessions, not open-ended commitments.
What you get back.
A read on the next generation.
Not the demographic data version. The actual version. What a 17-year-old in San Francisco is building, what a 20-year-old in Lagos is worried about, what problems people closest to this century's challenges are actually trying to solve.
A network worth having.
500+ mentors worldwide. Entrepreneurs, scientists, operators, creatives. People who take a call at 2am when a mentee needs it. Which tells you a lot about who they are.
The thing that outlasts the program.
Several of our long-term mentors say the same thing: the mentee relationship continues well beyond the cohort. Some of our alumni are now building ventures their former mentors are advising or investing in.
What our mentors say.
How it works.
You apply. We have a short call, 15 minutes, no preparation needed, to understand your background and match you to the right program and cohort. If there's a fit, we onboard you before the next program cycle begins.
Because our programs involve young people, all mentors complete identity verification before joining. Some programs require a recent police record. This is non-negotiable. It's how we keep the environment safe for everyone.
Full safeguarding and code of conduct policy available before you apply. Please read it.
become a mentor.
One step. We'll take it from there.
